Service Description
Dr. Trenace is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and expertly leads yoga every week. Invite Dr. Trenace to lead your group's yoga flow for your company team meeting, your family gathering, or your organization's health workshop. Whether it is a slow flow for beginners or a fire flow for more advanced yogis, your attendees will be transformed by the peaceful space created during Dr. Trenace's sessions. IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING: In order to secure my services, please use the calendar availability here to schedule time to discuss your invitation by phone with Dr. Richardson or her executive administrative assistant. Also, it is important that BEFORE that scheduled meeting, you complete the yoga teacher request form at https://forms.gle/NCv6WRjHvektvWvY9. Information about my approximate service fees is located at the bottom of that form. Please submit as far in advance as possible but at least two weeks before the event date. Please allow 3-5 days for a decision to be made and for a response to be sent.
