My Identity Affirmations
My challenge to you today is to create your own identity affirmations by asking yourself these questions:
Who or what do I aspire to be or do in the world?
What core values do I value most and why?
At the end of my life, what do I want to be said about me, not in relation to who I am to someone else (i.e. good mom, great wife)? Instead, use descriptors that describe YOU (Love, Light, Joy, Peace, Free, etc.)
Going through this exercise will help you dig deeper, get to know yourself better, and help guide your current and future decision-making so you can better align your actions and life with who you are.
